Who We Are
SKL Ascended Diagnostic LLC provides mobile, on-site specimen collection services for employers, individuals, clinics, and third-party programs.​
We work directly with partner laboratories and a Medical Review Officer (MRO) when required to ensure proper chain-of-custody handling and documentation.​
Our role is strictly specimen collection and coordination — all testing and result reporting is completed by the laboratory and/or MRO.
